The Livingston Lord Library has 2 group study rooms (Art Storms Study Room 120 and 121) available for students to reserve. These rooms can be scheduled online through MSUM’s EMS scheduling services in real-time on a first come, first served basis. These rooms include a conference table, both HDMI and VGA laptop connections and a large, wall-mounted display monitor.
Group Study Room Policy
- Group study rooms may be booked in advance online via the QR code or this URL: https://minnstate.bookitadmin.minnstate.edu/
- Log into the Virtual EMS online reservation system using your Star ID and Password.
- Library 120 & 121 are reservable for groups of 2 or more. Individual study space is available in other areas of the Library. See our library maps for more information.
- Group study rooms may be booked for a maximum of 2 hours at a time and renewable one time for that same day.
- If a group has not arrived within 15 minutes of the time they were supposed to begin using the room, others may use the room for the designated period.
- Facilities must be left in a clean and orderly condition. Users must pay costs for repair of any damage incurred. The Library is not responsible for materials or equipment left in the study room by the users.
