Find Grant Opportunities
The Grant Support Center can help you find local, regional, and national grants, from small to medium to large, in a variety of subject areas and topics. If you want to work on a grant proposal over the summer, please contact the Grant Support Center before the end of April to allow for time to find opportunities before the end of the semester.
Contact the Grant Support Center at grantsupport@mnstate.edu to submit a request. Please include as much information as possible, including:
- a brief description of the project you want funded
- general subject areas or topics (i.e. education, arts, sciences, technology, etc.)
- an approximate award amount desired
- if you have a preference for local, regional, or national level grants
- if there are any special considerations (i.e. 503(c) paperwork required, certain work environments to avoid, etc.)
- approximately when you would like the project to start, if awarded funds
- approximately when you would like the research complete
- what research you've already done
- whether the project is a new initiative or an ongoing project
