Dragon OneSearch Help: Home

This guide provides tutorials and assistance on using Dragon OneSearch.

Before Your First Search

Always log in to your account using your StarID and password before you conduct a search. When you log in, you are able to save records and searches and you are able to set up alerts on your saved searches. See Advanced Features for instructions.

Saving your records and searches prevents you from having to re-do a search, saving you valuable research time.

What can be Accessed through Dragon OneSearch?

Dragon OneSearch retrieves all of the items that match your search terms, whether it is a book, an article, a DVD, or an e-book.

  • You can refine your search results by availability, resource type, peer-reviewed status, publication year, topic, and various other criteria.
  • When logged into your account, you can save searches and articles in your Favorites, check your library account, place requests, and more.
  • Access full text or request full text through InterLibrary Loan.
