State Constitution

Preamble: We, the people of the state of Minnesota, grateful to God for our civil and religious liberty, and desiring to perpetuate its blessings and secure the same to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution.

State Statutes

Minnesota Statutes is a compilation of the general and permanent laws of the state.

New Laws

Summarizes newly enacted laws, vetoed bills and some proposals that did not pass into law during a given legislative session.

Agency Rules and Regulations

Rules are usually grouped under the agency that administers them. Some agencies are assigned one chapter in Minnesota Rules; others have many chapters. The chapters appear in alphabetical order by agency or department name. You can also find a rule by looking at the numerical arrangement of chapters.
