CINAHL (Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature) is one of better databases to use when searching for journal articles related to healthcare administration. Unlike more general databases (e.g., Academic Search Premier), virtually all content in CINHAL is related to nursing and healthcare. No matter what database you use, becoming comfortable with searching CINAHL on the Ebsco platform will help jumpstart your ability to conduct quality research.
