CINAHL (Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature) is one of best databases to use when searching for journal articles related to nursing. Unlike more general databases (e.g., Academic Search Premier), virtually all content in CINHAL is related to nursing and healthcare. There are other excellent nursing databases,that you should learn about (see this list), but becoming comfortable with searching CINAHL will help jumpstart your ability to conduct quality research.
