In order to access the Writing Center email, you'll want to log into Outlook using; StarID@minnstate.edu NOT go.
{https://outlook.com/minnstate.edu}
Once logged into your own account, click on the profile icon in the top right. Then, click open another mailbox and search for write@mnstate.edu
The Outlook Calendar will display each appointment hour by hour.
Another tab should open with the email messages. Please review the emails for any new appointment bookings at the start of your shift and every 30 minutes or so refresh the browser to view any new appointments coming in.
After EVERY interaction, mark it in LibStats.
For location, be sure to select the Writing Center for location and Tutoring for Question Type.
We will be using LibStats to track any and all interaction. The information may be found in the handbook, but the login is “moorhead” and the password is “livingston”
