Comprehensive site of recommended books for children. Users can browse by category (fantasy, graphic novels, poetry, sports) and by age/grade. Includes author resources and video clips. The site includes lists of "Read Alikes" and also recommended reading lists for boys and girls.

International Reading Association Choices lists
Each year, thousands of children, young adults, teachers, and librarians around the United States select their favorite recently published books for the “Choices” reading lists. Three lists are created: Children's Choices, Teachers' Choices, and Young Adults' Choices.
Juvenile Series and Sequels
Compiled by Mid-Continent Public Library, this database contains over 36,000 books in 4,900 series titles that are classified into three audiences:
Juvenile Easy [JE] – for birth through 2nd grade readers
Juvenile [J] – for 2nd through 6th grade readers
Young Adult [YA] – for 6th through 12th grade readers
