Off-campus students may access databases and interlibrary loan using their StarID and password. These are the same credentials required for logging into email accounts.

If you are an off-campus student who requires a barcode for checking out books on campus, please go to: https://apps.mnstate.edu/authenticate/index.php?applicationid=180. The Dragon Card office will create an ID and mail it to you.
