Subject Guide: Law and Legislation: Legal Reference
This page is designed to assist students enrolled in the Paralegal Program at Minnesota State University Moorhead and all others who have access to this site and may have a need to do legal research.
The Legal Reference collection is located on the 2nd floor of the library at the south end. It contains legal codes, reporters, citators, restatements, legal encyclopedias and dictionaries, practice manuals, form books, and more.
This book covers important historical documents from the U.S. Supreme Court as well as other courts in American history. It provides in-depth analysis of a broad range of court cases covering critical topics, including Marbury v. Madison, Roe v. Wade, Plessy v. Ferguson, Bush v. Gore, and Muller v. Oregon.
